By accessing or using AllStay you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, hosts, and guests.
AllStay is operated by AllStay India Pvt. Ltd., registered under the Companies Act 2013, with its registered office at Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034, India.

All bookings are subject to host availability and confirmation. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
AllStay charges guests a 5% service fee and hosts a 10% platform fee per confirmed booking. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Confirmation is sent via email and SMS within minutes.
AllStay applies a platform-wide Flexible cancellation policy to all listings. This policy is set by AllStay — not by individual hosts. The same rules apply to both daily (overnight) bookings and hourly bookings.
── How days are counted ──
Policy thresholds (1 day, 5 days, 7 days, 30 days) are counted in full calendar days between the date you cancel and the date of check-in. The time of day you cancel does not matter — cancelling at 9 am and 11:59 pm on the same date produce the same day count. For example: if your check-in is May 26 and you cancel on May 21 (any time), that is 5 calendar days.
For hourly bookings, the check-in date is the date of your booked slot (e.g. a slot on May 21 at 2 pm counts as check-in date May 21). Day counting works the same way as daily bookings.
The Grace Period and Late Booking rules below are the only exceptions — these use actual hours, not calendar days.

── Rule 1: Grace Period (full refund including service fee) ──
If both of the following are true at the time you cancel:
→ You receive a 100% refund of the base amount, GST, and service fee. This is the only situation where the service fee is returned.
── Rule 2: Late Cancellation (no refund) ──
If your check-in is less than 24 actual hours away at the time you cancel, no refund is issued. This applies to both daily and hourly bookings. For hourly bookings, the 24-hour window is measured from the actual slot start time (e.g. a 2 pm slot — the cutoff is 2 pm the previous day).

── Host cancellations ──
If a host cancels a confirmed booking, the guest receives a 100% full refund including the service fee. The host is charged a cancellation penalty ranging from ₹4,000 to ₹80,000 depending on how close to check-in the cancellation occurs.

As per RBI guidelines, refunds are processed within 5 business days (T+5) of cancellation approval. UPI refunds typically arrive in 1–2 business days; card refunds in up to 5 business days.

When you submit content to AllStay (including reviews, photos, listing descriptions, or messages), you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content, you grant AllStay a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. AllStay reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
AllStay's own intellectual property — including its name, logo, software, and design — is owned exclusively by AllStay and may not be used without prior written permission.
AllStay acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to the rental agreement between hosts and guests.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllStay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
AllStay's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
In case of a dispute, AllStay's Trust & Safety team will investigate and mediate at our sole discretion. Both parties agree to cooperate and provide requested information promptly.
Any unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. These terms are governed by Indian law.
AllStay may suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that harms other users. Users may delete their account via Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
